Giuliana Enriquez is a Peruvian native who has lived in North Atlanta, Georgia since 1999. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing through a Full tennis scholarship playing for the university 1st division women's tennis team. After doing several jobs in Atlanta, she worked as a seminar administrator for a small quality training company. She discovered her real passion, real estate, in 2005 when she learnt she received a poor representation on the purchase of her first home due to the burden of a lot of updates and repairs her home required later. She realized later that she was not the only one so she obtained her real estate license to offer the best representation possible to her clients. She has been working full time as a Spanish speaking real estate agent in Atlanta GA since 2010. She continues to educate herself in the field and has acquired many designations, notably she is a Certified Distressed Property Expert which makes her an real estate expert in short sales and foreclosures in Atlanta GA. Giuliana has a strong love for real estate, as evidenced by naming “marketing homes” as one of her hobbies when asked. Giuliana has built a very good reputation for client satisfaction and cares for all her clients.
